Built to Endure. Held in Trust.

Rising Light LLC is a private family office, structured in Wyoming and held wholly within the Rising Light Trust. We build, protect, and expand the legacy of our family — quietly, deliberately, and across generations.

A PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE

A Holding Entity. Not a Brand. Not a Service.

Rising Light is a private holding entity. It is not a fund, a financial services firm, or a public-facing brand. Its sole purpose is to safeguard the assets, decisions, and long-term direction of one family.

The structure is simple by design. Rising Light LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, owned in full by the Rising Light Trust, an irrevocable spendthrift trust. That arrangement gives every asset inside the company two layers of separation from the outside world: the protections of Wyoming's LLC statute, and the protections of an irrevocable trust written for permanence.

That structure is the foundation. Everything else — what we hold, where we operate, how we grow — is built on top of it.

Three Pillars. One Direction.

The portfolio is intentionally narrow. We do not chase opportunities. We hold what aligns with our values and what we are willing to steward across generations.

Digital Sovereignty — A long-horizon position in digital assets, anchored by XRP and broader crypto holdings. These are not traded for momentum. They are held as sovereign reserves — outside the traditional financial perimeter, inside the trust.

Generational Real Estate — Real property selected for permanence, not turnover. Holdings are evaluated on a multi-decade horizon, with attention to land, location, and cultural weight. Real estate is the vehicle through which the family's footprint becomes visible.

Cultural Restoration — Yumori Path — Yumori Path LLC, a sister Wyoming entity, represents our future work in Japan: partnering with local priests to spiritually cleanse and restore jiko bukken — homes carrying cultural stigma — and return them to dignified use. The entity is currently inactive; the intention is not.

Quiet Intention.

We operate without publicity, without solicitation, and without urgency. Decisions are made on a multi-generational clock, not a quarterly one. Privacy is not a marketing posture; it is structural. The Wyoming domicile, the trust ownership, and the deliberate absence of public-facing services are all part of the same idea: a legacy is best protected when it is not on display.
